Cannot delete a command button from a worksheet - Even in Design Mode

I have place a command button on a worksheet to run a macro, but when I click the button it says that it cannot find the macro. I wanted to delete everything and start again, but when I enter Design Mode on the Control Toolbar I cannot select the button, move it, or anything. Any advice would be great!

Yes, it is a shared file. I unchecked that feature and was able to make the changes! Thanks!

Another mystery solved! NB: SHaring files is a bad idea, the feature is shaky at best. Better start using Office 365 and its co-authoring feature, it is much more reliable.

I do use Office 365. Where is the Co-Authoring feature?

It is the Autosave button in the top-left-hand corner. It is only enabled when your file resides on OndeDrive (for business or personal) or on Sharepoint.
