can i filter on a date range?

I want to filter on dates from current date to next 6 months.

Please help.

The problem with months is that they're inexact. You could do something like today's month + 6 months + today's day (e.g. March + 6 months = September, September + 10 days = Sept 10).

What would you want to return as the 6-month date if today were August 30? February 30 doesn't exist.
