Calculated field in pivot table not refreshing

I have a calculated field that simply adds two columns together. When I first ran the Pivot Table, it calculated everything fine. However, I then went back in to add data in some blank cells in one of those columns, and after refreshing, it did not include the new data in the calculated field column result. I suppose I could delete the calculated field and just redo it but I wouldn't want to have to do that every time I add more data. How do you get the calculated field to refresh?

Refreshing the pivot table should update the results of the calculated field.
