Good morning all,

Can anyone help please, I have exported data from our system (sales order book) into excel and used a simple pivot table to show row 4 as dates and row 5 as value due. What I am trying to do is show an 'arrears consolidated ' total (sales order valuer in arrears) based upon yesterdays date.

IE look through the columns in row 4 until yesterdays date, then calculate the total value in arrears in row 5.
The only problem is row 4 (dates) only exports days with a "value due", not days without any value.

Any help much appreciated as ever.

Thank you

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
