I need some one to help me with a formula to calculate shift loadng hours.
Shift loading 1 = 7 PM to Midnight
Shift Loading 2 = Midnight to 7 AM
If some rostered to work between 10 PM and 5 AM they have to get paid
2 hours of Loading 1 and, 5 hours of Loading 2 in addition to the total hours they worked.
Can anyone give me some help with the formulas?

Thanks
Anton
