Hi,

I am trying to figure out a formula to calculate a margin that has to meet a minimum number.

example- I have a cost of $100 and I want to make a minimum of $50 or 40%, which ever is higher.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Kirk

KAFish, Good evening.

Try to use:

Suppose: A1 = Cost

=MAX(50, A1*40%)

Is that what you want?
I hope it helps.
