Any kind soul can coach me on how to calculate the chronological age and corrected age based on today date (27/3/2023) as well as to calculate the corrected age considering the gestation birth weeks and days.

If you can explain (in plain English), how to mathematically arrive/calculate at those values, and what you expect to see, someone can probably help you.
Most importantly, we need to know how you want to see fractional years/months in fields, and how exactly the "corrected" values are calculated.
While you may be an expert in this field and know how to adjust for gestational date, most of us do not. So we need someone to explain it to us, and then we can help you come up with the Excel formula you need to do that.
