Just wondering. Would be good to know if my answer is appropriate to the question or if it was a copout to my original intent.
My original intent was for it to all become automatic so I wouldn't have to daily or regularly touch the files.
But in the end, I felt it would be better to have some regular input thus is why I tackled an answer myself; albeit not the original sought-after answer.
