I got some boring task from office. I have to do it everyday. So knowing the strength of excel I am looking for a solution so that I can make this task easier by the help of excel experts like you.

I am locking this thread, your two previous have been combined in here > http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-questions/930859-biggest-challenge-excel-experts.html. A number of people have provided answers and yet you persist in creating similar threads for the similar output. The title is also misleading and less appropriate, please follow the forum rules and title posts in a manner that will be appropriate, all that can be rightfully drawn from this thread is it is VBA related.
