I am wanting to run a query that picks all of the information for the quarters selected.

Example: Query selected = 1 to 1

display all of them in quarter 1

Example 2: Query selected 1 to 4

display all of them in quarter 1, 2, 3, 4

I tried using between but that does not work with either of these examples. What can i use?

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
2 options

1

Put 1* as criteria instead of between

2

Create a calculated expression in the query like this:

Quarter:Left([DerivedNumberField],1)

And for this field put the criteria 1.
