Do you see anyway this can be shorter and perhaps better formulated to make calculation much faster?

=IF(HW$1<=IFERROR(IF(HW$1/IF(HW$2*FW4<$DD$2,MROUND(HW$2*FW4,0.005),ROUND(HW$2*FW4,2))-1+FW4/10000000>0%,IF(HW$2*FW4<$DD$2,MROUND(HW$2*FW4,0.005),ROUND(HW$2*FW4,2)),HW$1),""),IFERROR(IF(HW$1/IF(HW$2*FW4<$DD$2,MROUND(HW$2*FW4,0.005),ROUND(HW$2*FW4,2))-1+FW4/10000000>0%,IF(HW$2*FW4<$DD$2,MROUND(HW$2*FW4,0.005),ROUND(HW$2*FW4,2)),HW$1),""),"")

Thank you

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Have you tried using a couple of "Helper" columns in to which you can put some of the calculation which are repeated. e.g. HW$2*FW4 and "(this New column) < $DD$2"
This should speed up the recalculation

You're thinking what I'm working on right now. It will greatly reduce the same repeated formula
