Bcc contacts to Distribution List

Hi guys!

Could anyone help me in creating a macro to insert all contacts in the bcc field of an email into a distribution list?

Note: I cannot paste and copy them because some of them are not written as name@blabla.com , but recognized in the address book and shown as Name Blabla2 .

Outlook version: 2003
