Hello!

I have an online satisfaction survey that I give out to customers. Each month I export the responses from the software as an excel file. However, I also have a separate excel file that is used for tracking purposes. I have been manually inputting the data into the tracking spreadsheet each month and would like to find a way to automate this process. However, one problem that I am running into is that each cell in the tracking document is a drop-down list with each possible response and I cannot find a way to make excel select one of those responses. I would like to find a vba formula or some other method by which I could get excel to select a response from each drop-down list based on the responses in the data output file.

Thanks for your help!
