Automatically Clear range of Cels at specific time everyday

Can anyone help me with this please.
Need to be able to have a spread sheet clear a range of cells each day automatically.

Which cells do you want clearing and at what time?

Cell I would like to be cleared daily are B32:M35 @ midnight every day

You didn't say if your workbook will already be open at that time or not.
