Automatically change the Drop-Down List Values with a Macro

In my WorkSheet, The Dropdown values change the entire structure in the Sheet and I have around 3 such dropdowns and 1 of them is interdependent on the other.

My reports are based on these Dropdown values and I need to make reports as copies of this Sheet as Values, however I have to change the Dropdown values everytime to make a report..

Can this be Automated with a Macro which Automatically changes the List values in the Drop-Down and thus changing the Sheet completely.

I tried recording a Macro but it does not show anything to do with a Drop-Down elements.

I am using a SImple Drop-Down..
i.e. Data -> Data Validation -> Allow -> Any Value -> List
