Automatic way to insert title rows to merged worksheet

I need to insert title rows repeatedly at regular interval say once in 18 count to the below workbook which has merged cells (Merged cells are, AB, CDE, FGH, IJK, L to AL, AMAN ,AOAQ,AR TO AX

The title rows are

kindly just me any automatic method to insert this title rows since it is repeating for more than 150 times in a single worksheet.
I already found the way to get the every 18 th row but its killing my time to insert the title rows repeatedly. I tried kutools to insert but its not working in worksheet where more merged cells involves.

For EG the merged cells look like...

AB CDE FGH

5 9 10
AA BB CC
ER ED QA

The Title Rows is about 25 count which also has merged cells.
