Hi i am new to VBA
I am looking for the logic and code to comapre a value from array frommone sheet to another and if match found store it in one list box and if match is not found store it in another list box

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
To be more clear, here are few details how the sheet looks
Sheet1 one has 5 columns
Sheet 2 has 3 Columns

I have a form created, Wherein there is an Array of around 100 phone numbers from sheet2
All these 100 numbers has to be compared from Column 3 for sheet.
in the form there are two list boxes next to each other.
If the 1st Number in the array is matched from Column 3 of sheet1, the the number should be added in listbox1, if not matched it will go to list box2
in this way all 100 numbers are matched from sheet one and gets separated in listbox1 and listbox2 if present or not present.

Thanks in advance.
