im using the conditional formatting to highlight an entire row ->

im using

=$F3=today() to highlight yellow it if F3 hits todays date

ive set another conditional format up with

=$H3=today() to highlight red when it hits this date

i know im nearly there but i want the yellow to highlight until we hit red the period is 11 days and then stay red permanently

Is this possible

Again help much appreciated <!-- / message -->

Superb, your a superstar mate

ive added and aditional one of

=AND(today() >= $E3,today() < $F3) to be green

Which works fine however I want the row to be white if the dates are blank but they're green and I dont know why?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
I was just reviewing your posts. It would be a big help to this community if you would please use pertinent descriptions in your Titles. When Bill Jelen publishes the board for purchases, very little editing is done so users that buy it have to depend on the title line and the search engine.

As to your current issue. just add another condition to the ADD stmt that requires a key field to be greater than blank.
