Analyzing Slow Worksheet

All,

I have a somewhat sophisticated excel, with many macros and a lot of conditional formatting (hereafter "CF").
I know that CF is making my worksheet slower. However - there is something else as well.

Every time I use one of my macros (even ones that do not do anything important) the worksheet is starting to response significantly slower. If I close the file and reopen it - it becomes Ok again.

I am trying to figure out if there is any debugging tools to understand what exactly is going on under the hood (things that will help me to identify the problem). The problem is not with the Macros themselves (I know I can debug macros).

Any ideas?
Yoav.
