All in one Cell?

Greetings,

I have a Diabetic Blood Sugar Log, and I want to show how much higher or below I am than last the period.

I want it to say, I'm 26 points Higher than the last period.

I know that the number, 26, is one cell - another cell on another worksheet. And the Higher or Below is IF cell 1 is > cell 2, Higher, Below? That's what I'm thinking.

But the output is 13.799393939394.

I also went into Format Cell and Clicked Number and Zero Decimal Places.

How do I get rid of the Decimals?
Do you want the reply to be 13 - then use INT(ABS(I14-'Oct 2019 - April 2020'!I14))

if you wanted say 13 from 13.799393939394.
But if you wanted to round then you could use the round() function , also roundup() or rowndown()

That formula worked fine, except, ever now and then, it doesn't subtract correctly. At times it is off by just one number.

I discovered that if I moved the INT to after ABS, it worked correctly.
