Aggregating Mass Yearly Data

I have a large table that holds cashflow values for every month from 6/2014 to 6/2035. I do not want to use a pivotchart because this is a template which will change often. I was hoping there is a way to aggregate the data so for example one column will be the aggregate amount for Principal the next one would be for Interest and one for Balance
