Add-in tab not appearing Excel 2007

The Add-in tab is not appearing on my toolbar, even though I have activated multiple Add-ins. Any thoughts anyone??

In the Options, Advanced section, make sure that 'show addin user interface errors' is checked, then uninstall and reinstall the addin.
