Add Column based on filter and field value

Hello,

I need to add a new column. The value in that column needs to be filtered from ValueID and Value.
Basically I the new column named 162 should look for ValueID 162 and copy value 1.00 to the new column.
Value 180 will add Value 8,500. etc.

Can this be done?

That will be not an option if you want to use DirectQuery.

DirectQuery.

if you did it with XL2013 (Power Query add-in) you might as well do it in PowerBI
(I only mean the function UnPivot and that was the only thing about my post)
