activex error 32809

the code below runs perfect on some pc. but there is an error 32809 on one of our laptop. there can be different error code everytime it runs on that laptop. any solution?

Does your ComboBox have the ControlSource property set?

there is no ControlSource in the combobox's property.

On a worksheet it would be the LinkedCell property.

We solved the problem by reinstall the OS in our computers. I believe the problem is caused by the december 2014 update. Now it is solved in the hard way.
