How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
You cannot upload files to this site. You could upload your file to a file sharing site, and provide a link here, if you like.

If you want to look at a consultant to hire to help you, have a look here: Consulting Services

Note that Access has a pretty big learning curve. If you are not really familiar with it and the concepts of relational databases, it is very hard to create a good working database.

Agree with the learning curve comment. If you want to continue on your own, make sure you understand database normalization first. I have posted links for beginners many times (here's one). I'd advise that you read all of them and start over and correct your design flaws if you have any. You can post questions in the forum if you get stuck. A common post is to create your relationships when you have your tables and post a pic of the relationships window. However, those helping you out will need at least a rudimentary understanding of the process that the db is supposed to support. Be prepared for questions about that.

Perhaps look at a template, that might give you most of what you want?
The only trouble with them, is if you need to modify them, you have to find out how they work. With zero experience, that is going to be difficult.

You are going to have to learn, or pay someone to do it for you, as even if we were to ix this problem, you will no doubt be back time and time again, asking for more, and we would still be writing it for you.
These sites are here to HELP you with creating it yourself, and we would do our best to do that.

One thing is perhaps let us know what you are trying to achieve let alone the quote "Access is beating me" as that means nothing. You could also benefit from indicating what version of MS Office/Access you are using.
