Hello all,
I have a subform based on a query. There are only 3 data columns in the subform. The subform is not based on any other item other than the query. I am not seeing all the records generated from the query. If i run the query, I see them all, I open the form and the subform only shows 1 record.

Hopefully you guys can help me out here..

Thanks,
PuJo

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
My guess would be that your subform is not of the continuous or datasheet type, but is rather "single form" - see the property sheet, Format tab for the form itself.
Possibly there are navigation controls at the bottom of the subform that you're not seeing which are for navigating to the other records, or you have removed them?
