I am switching to Win 10. Is there any reason not to go to Access 2010 as well?

No. I think the changes between Access 2007 and 2010 were relatively minor.
I would probably recommend getting as current as possible.

If it's going to be money out of your own pocket, I see no reason to upgrade unless you intend to use some of the features not available in 2007. Some of them you should not use anyway.

I have to respectfully disagree with Micron.

The main reasons for upgrading is that 2007 is:
- It has reached end-of-life and is no longer supported by Microsoft (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3198497/office-2007-approaching-end-of-extended-support). This means no more patches, security updates, etc.
- If someone else uses new functionality in a more current version and tries to share it with you, you will not be able to use it.

Seeing as it is over 10 years old now, I would encourage looking to upgrade.
