ABC Classification - How To?

Hello and thank you in advance for your help!

I am using Excel 2013 Powerpivot with a three table data model.

I have tried various options/ideas but am enable to generate dynamic classifications A to C for my various locations at least by revenue and by year.

3 million and growing every month. Eventually this workbook will connect to a live feed but we're not there yet...

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
That's too much to implement a dynamic ABC classification, I think...

Please note that we need the classification to be based on annual revenue only and not day to day nor week to week nor month to month (actually, month to month may have a good value...).
So if dynamic ABC is based on one time calculated past year and ytd for current year we are good.
Do you see what I mean?
