3rd Wednesday of the Month

Hello,

I have a budget spreadsheet that I purchased off of Etsy. I receive Social Security Disability, but it's not on a specific date. It's always on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. The spreadsheet I have has a drop down list of different values. I need to be able to select the 3rd Wednesday of each month and have it appear on the Calendar tab that is attached to it.

I’m so new to excel I really just don’t understand exactly what all this means. The lady wants to charge me $40 to update it to what I need, and I just can’t seem to figure it out.
