2010 UI in excel 365

Hello, I am required to use excel 365, but I am use to excel 2010, and much rather prefer the look/feel of the classic excel. Is there any way to get the look in the new excel?

They are not that much different. What are the differences you note? There is a huge difference between 2007 vs. anything before that, but changes after 2007 have been incremental aside from adding Ribbon buttons for new features. Unless you are talking about 365 online?
