I have worked on my home laptop and used the following statement: =IF(AND(MONTH(B42)=MONTH(TODAY());DAY(TODAY())-DAY(B42)<1);"Birthday";"No")

This is on 2010 and works, however the same on 2003 gives me an error.

any help?

what's in K7?

It seems like the PC is playing with me. trying the exact same today, works.

Another question :) : To put that birthday statement into conditional formating on 2003. It doesnt have the same options as 2010. is there any way to do tis?
