Please help me on how to create an excel formula that will check if an employee will render 7 day straight working days in 2 consecutive weeks. Please see sample below.

I was given a tracking spreadsheet that I want to automate counts. Each row has the 14 days of the 2 week payperiod beginning in D9 through Q9:

MON
TUE
WED
THU
FRI
SAT
SUN...

Is there a way so if I put 'Mon' in one cell the next 6 cells across automatically enter Tue, Wed, etc? So if I start with 'Fri' the next cell till start at Sat and so fourth.

I am working within an excel sheet that has some conditional formatting already in place.
There is a 3 separate cells that if you put the letter R in the cell, the cell turns Red
if you put the letter G in the cell, the cell turn Green.
