I need help with roundup in an if statement. =IF(TEXT(A11,"mm/dd/yyyy")<"1/1/2013",0.565*D11,0.555*D11) I've tried everything that I can think of with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I get values in D5:D999 as 145.0056 & so on. In E5:E999 I make it 145.01 since 3rd decimal place is 5 (or >5). Then in F5:F999 I manually punch .24 & in G5:G9999 I ADD 145.01 + .24 to get 145.25. Objective is: The value should be having 2 decimal places with either .00, .25, .50 or .75. Ex...
