I need some help with parenthesis for an "if/and" formula.
=IF(and(VLOOKUP(D5,'Eligibility'!$C$5:$H$100,6,FALSE)="YES",(T5>=10%)),"Yes", else if (s5>=10% and (VLOOKUP(D5,'Eligibility'!$C$5:$H$100,6,FALSE)="No","Yes")),"No")))))
Can anyone help me sort out a problem with an array formula? I get the following pop-up error message when I hit the Ctrl-Shift-Enter keys:
"The formula is missing an opening or closing parenthesis."
The array equation is as follows:
=IFERROR(INDEX($C$3:$C$200...
I'm sure this has been addressed before, but my Google Fu fails me.
Sometimes I'll be merrily copying formulae around and notice that some of them return N/A or #DIV/0.
I can revise the cells so that the formulae include =if(isna or if(iserror(, as appropriate, but sometimes it's not practical...

I think I accidentally changed an Excel setting.
When I enter an incomplete formula (i.e. final parenthesis missing), it doesnt auto-complete anymore and jump to the next line, instead it gives a blinking highlight and stays in the same cell.
