    IF>Date arguement

    I'm trying to say average each amount in column AV that has a corresponding date after 3/1/2011 in row F. The formula I'm using is: =AVERAGEIF('Unit Renovation Roll Up'!$F$299:$F$368,">3/1/2011",'Unit Renovation Roll Up'!$AV$5:$AV$368) What am I doing wrong?

    VBA Macro Help. Thanks!

    I'm looking to create a macro that looks down a specified column for 4 different values (something like A, B, C, D) and if those values are there for it to highlight and copy the rows. Anyone have any idea how to make this? For example, if I had 20 columns of data, and I want to look down one...
