hey all,
I am making a financial model and for this we have to estimate the costs to construct a certain building we designed and how much money we can make from it.

So basically this is the situation:
I have divided all the costs of the construction of the building per month. The moment this is done the monthly cost of the building will be zero. So from that point on, 'my company' can start to make money.

My question now is: How can I make excel get that point and display that date in another sheet?

Can someone please help me?
Greetings from Delft (the netherlands)
