I have a column of numbers, with more than 10,000 rows. Each cell has 20+ characters. How do I change the font color for only the first 16 digits?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
VBA Code:
Sub test()
Dim c As Range
For Each c In Range("A1:A" & Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row)
    If Len(c) > 19 Then c.Characters(1, 16).Font.Color = vbBlue
Next
End Sub
