JOIN AND & HELP

I need to join Columns A, B and C together and preface them with +44 to format the phone numbers correctly. They should also have a "." in between, - "+##.###.###.####" -
I am able to get the +44 and the phone numbers in the correct order with formula =JOIN(A2,"+44",B2,C2. However, I am not able to figure out how to get the "." in there. This is also in googlesheets.
