I am making a net worth TEMPLATE page that has about 9 tables in it which are refered to as headers using the conditional formating that looks like this:

"header" value % invest
Ameritrade
jpc 50
mo 50
Edward Jones
mwa 50
appl 50

Subtotal 200

Next header etc....

I am trying to make a pie chart that connects the data. I have made a list on seperate page which refers to the headings title and the subtotal to be able to format the graph. but everytime i delete a table i get the #ref code which pops up on my chart.

1) Cant i just choose each series of data name in the chart and pick it from the original page or do i have to make a seperate list?
2) To make it work I need to be able to delete a table and still have the graph run without the #ref poping up on the graph is that possible?

I was thinking is there code or way to where excel can read the header and the subtotal in that header and graph it so i dont have to make the list?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
