Highlight duplicate two column and two column unique value

Hello Experts


I have a very unique scenario, i want to highlight the row if Column X has same value, and Column Y has another unique same value.




I have attached a sample file. and hope that expert will gonna help me.

So you want the entire row highlighted if the value in column X and Y are the same. Is that what you want.
