Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Changes you want should be able to be done but the VBA code in the application is password protected - you will need to contact the the author of the application with your requirements.

I see. Is it possible to explain roughly how to make a similar program ?

It does not seem that complicated however I dont know where to start :(
