Hey guys,

I use Excel 2010, wherein the pivot table 'Field settings' dialog box gives me the option of repeating the item labels.

However, I wanted to know if there is a workaround to Excel 2007 users? I don't see this option unfortunately. If it is indeed not available in Excel 07, can you suggest a workaround to it? Thanks!

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
This is a workaround formula I typically use in Excel 2007:

Excel 2010
ABCD
3QuarterCompanySum of ValueQuarter
4Q1Company A-282Q1
5Company B-766Q1
6Company C-1803Q1
7Q2Company A-3072Q2
8Company C-860Q2
9Q3Company A-444Q3
10Company B-561Q3
11Company C-297Q3
12Q4Company A1664Q4
13Company B613Q4
14Company C-354Q4
