Three axis chart?

I'm afraid I'm a complete novice at Excel, so bear with me.

Here's the kind of graph I need to put the data into

How do I turn my data into that kind of graph?

Create the graph as you usually would, which results in both series on the same Y axis. Once it is built, double click on any point in the Tension series, click on the Axis tab, and choose "Secondary Axis". This works for Line and X-Y Scatter charts.
