Does anyone know a formula to calculate the months and days until your next birthday

format eg. 8 m 25 d

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
For Excel versions before Excel 2007, you will need to have Analysis Toolpak installed and activated (check in Tools|Add-Ins...) to use the DATEDIF function.

Thanks for that, but would there also be away to do it where it can calculate it from your birthday e.g 3/05/1974 would still be 5 m 10 d?

Could be done in 1 formula, but I would add a helper cell to show the next birthday.
