Need help in automating the formulas

the reference row needs to move by 18 everytime.
Could someone please help

coukd you clarify what you mean by "reference row"
Also you can't attach files on this forum try checking out this sticky for other solutions or share via google docs or drop box.

im not allowed to share the file ;
if you notice the formula the reference or cell used moves by 18 ie from N509 to N527
i need to automate that.
