Currency Converter to Different excel

I have two excel first excel output file and second excel Exchange rate excel, first check in second excel date column and pick every month 1 date exchange rate and convert in Main file currency in (INR,USD,EUR) convert in GBP format.

1: Main Output file :

Empno Ename Amount Currency Total Amount Deptno
100 Sam 20000 INR Convert Currency in GBP 30
101 Jin 1140 USD Convert Currency in GBP 20


2: Exchange Rate File :

Date USD EUR GBP
11/10/2018 63.45 72.54 95.34
01/11/2018 62.32 76.34 94.23
13/11/2018 64.2 73.45 92.3
01/12/2018 66.54 74.34 95.4
23/12/2018 65.45 77.3 96.7
01/01/2019 66.5 78.5 94.6


Both are different excel and first check Exchange rate file and pick every month 1 date GBP rate and all currency change in GBP format.
