Hi,

I need VBA Code to copy data from predefined Columns from Several Worksheets into new sheet and also refresh option to erase all previously collected data..
Since it is monthly rolling task, Refresh helps me in collecting fresh data from Spreadsheets.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
We always need specific details.

What Columns ??

You said:
from Several Worksheets into new sheet

From what sheets ??
And do you want a new sheet created by the script?
And if so what name do you want to give this new sheet.

And paste where and in what order into the new sheet?

And define refresh.
Do you mean clear all the data from the sheet?
If not clear what data.

Be sure and give all sheet names or say something like Sheets(5) to Sheets(10)

Or Sheets(5) to Last sheet in workbook.

And give column Numbers like 5 10 14

Do not give column names Like: Date and Cost
<strike>
</strike>
By providing these details we should be able to help you.

Sorry,

Here is my precise detail about requirement.

I have 170 or more files in folder with different file names what it has to do is it should search all files, Column 15 in each file may contain "NDA" as text, if it is found then it has to copy data from Column 2 and 5 in new worksheet in column A and Column B. (But New worksheet is one which contains code and should be created only once) and at the same time create hyperlink for the file name in column C. Also in addition with this I need Clear all option to erase data whatever it has collected before so that I can run this whenever I require.

Hope am clear now.

I was assuming you were talking about sheets in one Workbook.
Did not realize you meant 170 Workbooks in one folder.

You said in your first post:

I'm sure someone else here will see this post and be able to help you.
