"/" become quick access help me

so when ever i type /

it show up like this , i think it supposed to be alt function but in my excel when ever i type "/" it pops up help me

Are you trying to stop that behaviour when you press /?
If so go to File -> Options -> Advanced -> Scroll right to the bottom & remove the / from 'Microsoft Excel menu key' -> OK
