how to join to next cell(row) pressing any Function(i choose)

hi all, how to join to next cell(row)

i am on A1 if i press F4 (this copy the lastformat) my question is:
if i press F4 how to go to A2, if again press F4 join to A3 and so on.
how to configure Excel?
