Flashing Cell

Hi there

I use a spread sheet for a packing process at work.

I am trying to get cell A17 to flash red when it displays "DO NOT SHIP".

Can anyone help me please

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
